Was there any new hardware requirements between the firmware V3.1 or later and V3.0 on the BLE sniffer_nrf52832 DK

I made the ble sniffer hardware by myself since the DK borad is useful,however the firmware include V3.0 amd below is work well but V3.1 or later doesn't work.After download the firmware,the led doesn't blink and serial has no output data.So I wondered is there any new hardware change between them.

On my board I have connect RX /TX/CTS/RTX  betwwen nrf52832 and CP2104,and I do not mount the BLE  chip DCDC inductor, it looks like something wrong with the new fireware.

Hi,

You are right, the DCDC is enabled in version 3.1. Moreover, version 3.1 of the sniffer firmware depends on the external 32.768 kHz crystal, and that was not the case for version 3.0. So in order to use version 3.1, you need to populate your board with the optional 32.768 kHz crystal (and load caps) as well as the DCDC inductors.
