Can't get Nordic DevKit PCA10028 working with Power Profiler

Hi,

I'm trying to use PPK2 with the PCA10028 DevKit to profile power on a custom device. I don't have anything connected to the PCA10028 yet, but when I try to select it within Power Profiler I get this error:

"Error while setting up device 000681224330: Error: No firmware defined for selected device"

I have tried nrfjprog --recover which says:

Recovering device. This operation might take 30s.
Erasing user code and UICR flash areas.

But the problem remains. Any ideas?

Hi,

Based on the error it seems you selected thePCA10028 in the power profiler application, as if it was the PPK, and then the power profiler application complains that it does not have any firmware for it (as it is not a PPK1) device. What you should select there is the PPK or PPK2. The PCA10028 is the device under test here, and should not be selected anywhere, but rather physically connected to the PPK.
