How much current dose the individual GPIO pin source/sink for nRF5340 as in the datasheet V1.3 it is mentioned "Added guidance on maximum combined GPIO sink/source current."

Hi, the recommended maximum current drawn by all combined GPIO is 15mA. The info is in the GPIO Electrical Specification sheet.

This the 15mA for both source + sink current, or is 15mA sink and 15mA source allowed?
