Problems with operating flash, writing with QSPI, and reading with XIP

Erase, read with XIP:
1. erase and then read, do I need to call the function to enable XIP?
2. after writing data, use XIP to read immediately, can you read the data, or will there be cach?

What SDK are you using? You have tagged nRF52840, so I assume this is the device you are using. What version of the nRF52840 are you using? See markings on device. There are some known issues with the XIP on this device:

• Added: No. 215. “Reading QSPI registers after XIP might halt CPU”
• Added: No. 216. “Race condition occurs in XIP”
