Hi,

I want to know what is the difference between the below listed part numbers.

1.nRF52833-CJAA-B-R 

2.nRF52833-CJAA-B-R7

3. nRF52833-QDAA-B-R 

4.nRF52833-QDAA-B-R7 

5.nRF52833-QIAA-B-R 

6.nRF52833-QIAA-B-R7.

I know they have package difference and also I found below differences in datasheet.

 

I want to confirm, is there any other differences other than this.

Hi Gaurav,

Thank you for your response. I have looked at the datasheet and I just want to additionally confirm it with Nordic team. The part numbers are also based on MoQ (Minimum order Quantity). Is that's the only difference?

did u see page 616 about the AA = Controlled by hardware and AA-B = Controlled by hardware and software

page 614 to 618 is to be referred
