nrf5340: How to used the bt_disable()

Hi,

I am developing with v2.2.0 and now there is a function that needs to call bt_disable() but it doesn't work after call bt_enable().

The feature I wanted was the ability to configure the initial Bluetooth configuration multiple times without losing power.

pls give me a way to slove the issue, thanks!
