Hello. We are preparing to mass-produce nRF52832-QFAA on our board.
Other things like soldering are fine, but I'm worried about downloading firmware on the chip.
As you see picture over, I want to download and write over 16 devices at once.
How can I consist overall process for this? for example tools or debuggers.
I search lots of cases from here, I found some devices for that. Please tell me what is the better solution for us.

My plan is making jig for download firmware which is consist of 16 connectors with pogo pins(for SWD).
Then, PCBA is located on the Jig and push the upper side to contact with pogo pins on the jig.
After connecting jig with debugger(1 or 2), workers push the download button on the Desktop.
