Beacon implementation on Nordic

Hi,

With reference to This link, I'm trying to make a Nordic solution which can support all beacon applications (iBeacon, Eddystone & Altbeacon).

I'm able to integrate two kinda advertisements (of iBeacon and eddystone), now the beacon continuously advertise iBeacon and eddystone format one by one. My next step is to format Altbeacon advertisement and then integrate it with the current solution.

But my Question is as given in that link, " To design an iBeacon with Nordic solution you must be an iBeacon Licensee to get the information needed to make the beacon code from Nordic iBeacon compliant." Does that mean, we can't use this Nordic based iBeacon *** Eddystone beacon commercially without license ?
My goal is to use it commercially without License, is it possible ?

Hi Brajesh,

If you want to use iBeacon Technology, you would need to accept the license from Apple.

I found that there is some changes with the iBeacon program with Apple. Now you can see and sign the license with iBeacon without joining the MFI program. So I assume you only have to accept and follow the license as described in developer.apple.com/.../ when you click download the spec, on the right banner.
