nRF52840 - Detailed timing specification on QSPI peripheral

Hi!

The nRF52840 product spec is missing detailed timing specifications on the QSPI bus. The SPI/SPIM peripherals do have a section detailing this, but this is not present for the nRF52840. I tried looking for data on the nRF5340 which presumably contains the same digital IP, but it only lists "data hold time" at 1ns.

Without details on the timing ( such as setup time, hold time, cycle time requirements ) on the various QSPI bus pins, it's basically impossible to validate the integrity of the QSPI bus. Are users of the nRF52840 QSPI expected to trust "things will just work" for the QSPI?

This is pretty disappointing.

The fact that a company of Nordic's caliber does not prioritize to complete verification and publication of such standard peripheral performance data is the kind of thing that makes customers consider switching to new devices for their next project.
