nrf52832 can not run without debugger

1. Softdevice version s132_nrf52_7.0.1_softdevice

2. bootloader: secure_bootloader pca10040_s132_ble

3. I use IAR9.30.1

4. Debug via jlink

If i use jlink to debug, i was run normal, if i quick from debug, it won't run, it's still connected swdio swclk v3.3 GND

Is this device a custom board or a development kit? If it's a custom board, does it have the DCDC components on board? If not, and the project has enabled the DCDC regulator in SW, the device will only work in debug mode, since debug mode forces the LDO regulator ON.
