nRF9160 DK CANNOT ADD DEVICE IN nRF Cloud

 Hi,

   I have develop the nrf9160 dk. I have face the problem in nrf cloud.the problem is device group cannot show and error 40412.

How to fix it?

Actually I have one doubt ibasis sim card working in india.

and

I have check already in nRF Cloud documentation but cannot work

iBasis does not list India in their IoT network coverage list. Looking at Mobile IoT Deployment Map, it seems that Jio provides NB-IoT support in India. You could also check if there is iBasis support in India with your regional sales manager.
