New course: Bluetooth Low Energy Fundamentals course, Lesson 1

Hi,

I have just started your new course Bluetooth Low Energy Fundamentals. In lesson I run into problem. After flashing my board nRF52 DK there is no blinking led2.

I can see that procedure Connect is never called (where led2 is handled). So obviously I have missed something. Led1 is blinking.

After flashing my board nRF52 DK there is no blinking led2.

After flashing your board with the application LED1 (not LED2) should be blinking. This indicates that the device is advertising. 

Are you able to see the logs from your nRF52 DK?

I can see that procedure Connect is never called (where led2 is handled).

Did you download the nRF Connect for mobile application?

Can you see the nRF52-DK advertisement in your mobile app after pressing the SCAN button?

Hi

I am almost certain I read led 2 in the course documentation, so I wonder if that has been modified. Nevertheless, everything is working so no problem.

Hi. 

That could be. There is also a mention about LED 2 lighting up to indicate connection establishment. Might have been a mix-up there.
