Can't see "nRF52 USB CDC Demo (COMx)" in device manager when testing USB CDC ACM example.

Hello all,

I am using nrf52840-DK and trying to use a USB CDC ACM example. 

But I could not see the "nRF52 USB CDC Demo (COMx)" as mentioned in the nordic-infocenter.

I connected both USB ports at nrf52840-DK.

I would like to provide some images.

Please help me.

Which version of Windows are you running on your PC? 

Have you tested with another PC to see if the problem could be PC related? 

What if you only connect the nRF USB connector and not the JLink USB, does this make a difference? 

Also, you could try to switch around the USB cables. Some times USB issues can be caused by the cable itself.

Do you have CONFIG_LOG=y and debug options enabled in the build settings ? Try to disable either and see if that works.
