the last version 2023.4.148 of nRF Connect for VS Code can't found JLink devices

Hello

Report a bug about nRF Connect for VS Code,

the previous version 2023.1.44 can found JLink devices and DK,

but 

the latest version 2023.4.148 can't found JLink devices, just only found DK.

At first, I thought it was a problem with JFlash, but after much ado, It took me a lot of time, then discovered the reason.

We are also have this problem. Had to downgrade both "nRF Connect for VS Code" and "nRF Terminal" in order to get the external J-Link module to work.

We are working on fixing the issue and will release a fix soon. Fr the time being, instead of downgrading, you could also configure according to the release notes.

Also, please make sure that you also upgrade you VSCode, and not just our nRF Connect extension.

my VSCode  is latest always.

i'v test updata to 2023.4.179,but can't found JLink devices the same.

i don't know how to use  nrf-connect.deviceProvider, so downgrading.
