nRF9160-DK HWID and identification

My name is Toni, I am a beginner.
I have a device, which my former colleague left to me, and I can not identify the HWID.
How HWID should look like:
FC:21:B1:04:26:E1

And what I have:

nRF Connect v4.0.1 (LTE Link Monitor v2.0.3) shows:

He also told me, this device should support NB-IoT when it looks like an LTE-only device.

Hello Anton,

You can get the information from the FICR registers. Though it is not that straight forward. Since the HWID is the Bluetooth MAC address of the nRF52840 on the nRF9160 dk.

So, in order for the application running on the nRF9160 to get the HWID, it must first be read from the nRF52840.

You can use nrfjprog command to find the HWID. on the DK you have to select the nRF52 for programming (by default the switch is set to nRF91). The base address of FICR is 

and the offset address is 

So, the FICR.DEVICEADDR[0] it's 0x100000A4

Then write this command ''nrfjprog --memrd 0x100000A4''. For my DK it looks like

- AT Client application or
- Modem Shell application?

Hello Toni, 

You can do this on command prompt (in windows)

also you can use command prompt in nRF Conncet SDK app from toolhain manager app in nRF Connect from desktop.
