USB 2.0 Differential Pair(D+ and D-) routing with 90Ohms impedance for nRF5340.

Currently i am developing a Bluetooth module with BL5340PA (Laird connectivity) which consist of nRF5340 from which I wanted to bring out the USB 2.0 Pins out on a Mini-PCIe connector and I am stuck on the routing of the USB differential pair for which I need to maintain 90Ohms impedance.

I am using a 2-layer board with copper thickness 35u and PCB thickness 1mm so could you guide me to decide the width and spacing of the differential tracks.

The USB peripherial only support full speed, which does not care about differential impedance much as long as the pcb traces are reasonably short.
