1.Can we use the Timer0/Timer1/Timer2 for doing something? 2.What source of IC the SD have used? 3.What source of IC we can use for our application? 4.I used the compare[0] and compare[1] of time1 with PPI to control two pins to output two same PWM wave, Why only compare[0] can output the wave?

Please see the S110 SoftDevice specification for a list of which peripherals you can and can't use when the softdevice is enabled and not.

I'm not quite sure I understand your other questions, but the latest S110 softdevice (currently 5.2.1) works on all nRF51822 revisions. For your own application, I see no reason to not use the second revision. Please take a look at the Product Change Notification for details on the differences between them. There is also a migration whitepaper.

As for the last question, can you please post this separately, and include your code?
