SparkFun MicroMod nRF52840 Processor with Matter sample.

Hi,

I need to know if I can use SparkFun MicroMod nRF52840 Processor with the Matter samples?

If yes, how should I do that? is there a steps/guide to follow?

I'm using ST-Link-V2 as a programmer.

I already can build the Blinky example using "nRF Connect SDK for VS Code extension" and flash it to the "MicroMod nRF52840 Processor " using "ST-Link-V2". & it ran successfully.

But when I try to build and flash the Matter: Light bulb sample I got messed up because I can't configure the pins to connect them to the buttons and the leds.

The Matter samples are only supported for the devices listed in the requirements section of the documents, but you're free to create your own custom board files and modify the gpio layout to fit your custom board if you desire to do so. To do so, you will have to have a look at https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/latest/nrf/app_dev/board_support/index.html#custom-boards and mentioned links in that section.

In addition, if you're relatively new to configuring board files and overlay files in nRF Connect SDK/Zephyr, I recommend you to have a look at lesson 2 and 3 in https://academy.nordicsemi.com/courses/nrf-connect-sdk-fundamentals/
