What is maximum number of BLE connections that can be made with the nRF51 Dongle using soft device S130? and S310?

Hi Rodrigo 
 The S130 can be configured as peripheral and central at the same time. It can maintain 3 central links and 1 peripheral link. 
 For S310, it is BLE peripheral + ANT, so it can maintain one BLE peripheral link to a central.

The above information is correct for S130 v1.0.0. However, S130 v2.0.0 release notes say: "A range of 0 to 8 connections can be specified, one of which may be of the peripheral role type."
