nrf5340: Production programming DFU

Hi, I am working on the nRF5340, We will be using the nRF5340 for the device that we are designing. 

How to do the very first production DFU/First firmware upload,.

I am not sure how to do the production based nrF5340(which is bare metal, not having any development kit sort of hw) update. I want to do firmware upgrade from another MCU/SoC using the UART interface.

There is nothing I am able to find from the datasheets or any other blogs, where it is mentioned that how to flash first firmware for production in bare metal nRF5340?

Sorry, I am not able to understand process correctly using the above links: Can you please provide some example or anything which show how to configure the code to flash first firmware image into the production ready nRF5340.

Hello,

Initial programming of the IC must be done through the debug interface as there is no pre-programmed bootloader on the device. If you want to add UART DFU capabilities, you need to create an application which supports this, and flash that program(.hex) to the nrf5340 with a programmer/debugger, e.g Jlink.
