Hello,
I'd like to program a custom nRF52840 board. It appears that there is a way to program an nRF5340 chip using an nRF5340-dk or an nRF52840 chip using an nRF52840-dk via SWD.
But can we use nRF5340-dk to program nRF52840 module?
We are using nRF52840 module from Raytac.

Hi Basem,
In order to program a chip/module, you need a debugger and the nRF5340 DK has an on board debugger which you can use to program the nRF51,52 or 53 SoCs. Please take a look at the Debug Output documentation for further details regarding the same.
