nRF52833 - collecting I/Q samples

Hi,

I want to check a confusion regarding the I/Q sampling using the BLE direction-finding APIs. We aim to get continuous I/Q sampling starting from the payload. 

For this purpose, we set the flag "DFEINEXTENSION" (sampling starting point bits) at "DFECTRL1.DFEINEXTENSION" to 0, which enables the I/Q sampling starting from the payload.

We wanna check for this configuration, where in the pipeline do we get the I/Q samples? Is it before Dewhitening? Did these samples already pass AGC? Please refer to the radio block diagram I attached below from the product specification v1.5 page 281.

Hello,

Have you looked at the Direction finding samples that we already have in the nRF Connect SDK.? It is much easier to take that as a reference.. See here for the samples:  Bluetooth: Direction finding connectionless beacon and Bluetooth: Direction finding connectionless locator..

We would like to check if the I/Q samples have been done any processing e.g. AGC?
