How can the s110 v8.0.0 DFU a application?

I use the nrf51822QFAA, and s110 v8.0.0. now I need update the application,i have the keil created hex file, How can I create the ZIP file use the application hex file? How can I update the application use android master control panl or nrf toolbox DFU tool?
