PPK2 device not showing in Power Profiler App

Was working last week. Several Windows 10 updates later, I no longer see the PPK2 device in the Power Profiler app (v. 3.5.5) "select device" pull down. I see the COM port (26 then 4 after uninstall driver) in the device manager. Tried updating JLink and nRFConnect(v.4.1.1) no luck. PPK2 blinking green as usual. Not sure what has happened. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

I had not updated to v4.1.1, the following screenshot was from v4.1.0 of nRF Connect for Desktop.

Then updating to latest, I still see my device


Was your device connected during the update? Can you please try to fully remove the nRF Connect for Desktop and reinstall without the device connected?

The official answer from our developers is:

1. close nRF Connect for Desktop (all instances)
2. open task manager, go to processes or details tab, find all jlinkarm_nrf_worker.exe running and stop processes
3. uninstall nRF Connect for Desktop
4. install latest build from https://www.nordicsemi.com/Products/Development-tools/nRF-Connect-for-Desktop/Download#infotabs

Thanks for the detailed reply. Sorry for the delay in responding, I was locked out of my account. This worked.I had many jlinkarm_nrf_worker processes running. After killing them all I was able to use the PowerProfiler II again!
