I am trying to follow the step by step instructions presented in the Getting Started Course.
I have carefully followed the instructions and downloaded the required software.
I have carefully followed the instructions on how to configure and build the "Blinky" sample project.
I am now at the point where I want to flash the device, a nRF52840 Dongle.
VSCODE does not see the device.
It shows up in my device manager as COM5.
I can connect to it using nRF Connect for Desktop.
In summary,
1) I want to flash a nFS52480 dongle with the ubiquitous Blinky sample.
2) VSCODE does not see the device
3) nRF Connect sees the device as a Bootloader
4) It shows up in my Windows device manager as COM5
