Matter Lock sample v2.3.0 will not connect to Alexa Echo

 In addition to what Larry states in https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/99895/matter-lock-sample-v2-3-0-will-not-connect-to-apple-homepod regarding that the DK you're using is a PDK there are also a lack of support for the Matter Door Lock cluster in Amazon fabric, which is most likely why you don't see it working with the Echo.
