Invalid Softdevice, no value for CLENR0 specified.(Sniffer Firmware)

Hi Nordic, I am using PCA10031 nRF51422 dongle and trying to program ble-sniffer_nRF51822_1.0.1_1111_Sniffer.hex for sniffing. I have downloaded the ble-sniffer_win_1.0.1 zip file and found the mentioned above firmware sniffer_nRF51822_1.0.1_1111_Sniffer.hex ) in that folder. I erased all the content in PCA10031 nRF51422 dongle using nRFgo Studio and trying to program sniffer_nRF51822_1.0.1_1111_Sniffer.hex. But programming failed its says "Invalid Softdevice, no value for CLENR0 specified". I want to use PCA10031 nRF51422 dongle as sniffer. Kindly advise where can i find the correct firmware for sniffing.

how old is your version of nRFgo studio?

Hi Nordic, Found the solution. I tried to program previous version ble-sniffer_win_0.9.7.zip. I had the same issue then again I tried using ble-sniffer_win_1.0.1 zip.Now I am able to program it. One more thing, we can use ble-sniffer_win_1.0.1_1111_Sniffer.exe to reprogram the PCA10031 nRF51422 dongle.
