Hello. Can't write properties after flash experimental_ble_app_buttonless_dfu example into chip. I can only enter into bootloader using button, but enter by enable notification and writing 1 to this service do not (I don't have this properties is enable). there was the same problem I think devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../ but after adding

 char_md.char_props.write = 1;

into ble_dfu.c in the function rx_char_add() not solved my problem. I still can't see write properties for dfu_buttonless service

Could you try with nrfConnect again? I suspect that the att table was cached. Could you post how you added char_md.char_props.write = 1; in rx_char_add() ?
You can try to test with the example in SDK v13 we have the issue fixed in that SDK version.

I've added screenshot into my main post (I tried without adding this raw before of course. result was the same). I don't think it's due to cached because I tried many times.

I think the problem was refer to cashe you were right. It's work with both yours and mine now (actually sdk example) code. Thanks. Also I'd like to say thanks a bunch to Nordic workers for so exciting dfu library. I tried to brake down loading (disconnecting, reset and etc) the old code is work in any case and even more, when I try to repeat uploading the new code its start from the end of last try. It's very smart and useful feature I think, because If my chip loacate far enougth from me and the connection is poor. I can update firmware in several parts (10% each time or less for example). Maybe I exaggerating a little but It's awesome in any case.
