针对IOPT测试项，若产品支持 SCPP 协议，则此类测试项为必测项，但是SGS机构反馈nRF52832-QFAA并不支持SCPS，请问是nRF52832-QFAA本身不支持SCPS还是需要软件去开启SCPS?
