nRF Connect SDK v2.4.1 files missing after installation

I am using "nRF Connect for Desktop v4.1.2"  and "Toolchain Manager v1.2.5" to install "nRF Connect SDK v2.4.1". After installation only the folder ".west" is present inside the folder "C:\ncs\v2.4.1", that too the folder ".west" is empty. All the files and other folders are missing after installation.

This issue is observed in my office laptop where security and other checks are running.

In my personal laptop I don't see this issue and all the files and folders are available in "C:\ncs\v2.4.1"

My office IT support is requesting me to create this ticket as they don't know how to proceed.

My office laptop configuration:

Windows 10 Enterprise version 22H2, 64-bit operating system,  x64-based processor, Processor (AMD Ryzen 3 4300U with Radeon Graphics 2.70 GHz), Lenovo brand.

Can you please suggest the next steps.

    Unfortunately I am not able to provide a time frame here. Right now it's recommended to use VS Code extensions to manage the Toolchain Manager from now (which has not been implemented yet and we are working on this), as the Toolchain Manager has been shown to have such problems. 

    There are many of us who face this issue but we haven't been able to get a fix as of now. I will keep you updated regarding this.
