New install. Get error below when opening Power Profiler.
I experience the same issue. A reinstallation did not solve the issue for me, also if I check the path, the file is present in the specified directory.
I just downgraded to Connect v4.0.1. Starting the power profiler app (3.5.5) is working now without any issues.

The developers are looking into it, so hopefully the issue will get resolved in a future version.
