I'm getting a "Must include ICCID or EID to associate a SIM" message when trying to register a SIM.

And yet the ICCID and PUK have been entered into the form.

What does this message indicate?

Never mind. It means I didn't delete the last two digits of the ICCID! :) Still, not a great message...
