Installed JLink version does not match the expected version

Hi there,

We have recently upgraded to nrf Connect for Desktop 4.3.0. We also upgraded to nrf Command line Tools to 10.24.0.

However, none of the desktop apps are now able to detect the devices.

For example, in the programmer app, with a nrf5340 DK connected, nothing shows up. There is however an error: Installed JLink version does not match the expected version (JLink_V7.88j):

Please advise what is going on here? It is super frustrating that nothing ever works after an upgrade to the software! Hours have been wasted on our end.

Could you restart your application in verbose log and post the log here.

You can turn on verbose logging by opening the about tab, and then turn on verbose logging. 

Which operating system are you using?

After uninstalling version 7.94e, and restarting, it works successfully.
