Can't connect to PPK2

Good afternoon,

I have recently purchased a PPK2. I have installed nrfConnect for desktop and Power Profiler on my Ubuntu 22.04 machine. I have connected the PPK2 and it seems unable to connect. I have attached an image of the error, please advice.

Have you installed the nrf-udev package, as also mentioned here?
