nRF52833 TAExt Extended Operating Temperature

The spec says "Some electrical parameters are valid only for the TA operating temperature conditions. "

1. what is the "Some electrical parameters" here means?
2. what will happen if LFXODEBOUNCE is enabled below Extended Operating Temperature?

VREG0OUT,ERR,EXT
tSTART_LFXO_EXT
fTOL_HFINT,EXT
INFC_LEAK_EXT
TTEMP,ACC,EXT

Quick question. When you mean below  Extended Operating Temperature, do you mean within then normal operating temperature range?

yes, because I notice the temperature is not so stable so if I may need to turn on LFXODEBOUNCE before it reaches the boundary.

Based on the list, May I say the UART and RF will not be affected? we need the UART to working on 921600.
