LED1 blinks blue when the gateway is streaming, LED2 lights up when sync has been achieved. So the scenario where LED1 is blinking and LED2 is off is when the gateway is streaming and sync has not been achieved. What causes a gateway to be out of sync while streaming?
This will depend on your application mode and the stream parameters. You can get some information from the device logs.
Which NCS version are you using?
Which mode are you running the audio application in?

The version of ncs is 2.5.0.
It is running in release mode.
In debug mode, the following error occurs when building.
