nPM1300 won't connect to computer.

Just purchased a nPM1300 v1.1.0, but it will not connect to my computer. I am using version 2.6.1 of nrf connect, v1.3.0 of the PowerUp app, and what I believe is the correct version of Jlink V7.94e. I have a USB plugged into nPM controller and my computer, and USB PMIC is plugged into an outlet. The issue I am having is that my computer will not recognize that the board is plugged into my computer. I am not seeing anything in the side panel of the PowerUp app. I tried updating everything and restarting my computer, but nothing has worked. Any reccomendations?
