How are you connecting to the nRF51822? Are you using a nRF51 DK/Dongle or is it a custom device? What is running on the nRF51822( SoftDevice Version, SDK version , which example from the SDK?) ....etc

i use the softdevice s110，my other android all worked,but the dragon touch.it can connect,but can not found any service.i use the official example apk nrf Master Control Panel
Since you are using the S110 v6.0.0-beta SoftDevice I am assuming that you are using SDK v5.2.0 and a IC revision 2 of the nRF51822. Have you tried using the production ready SoftDevice, i.e. S110 v6.2.1, found here?
