I have a Dragon Touch in android 4.4.4。I can not connect nordic 51822，why?

How are you connecting to the nRF51822? Are you using a nRF51 DK/Dongle or is it a custom device? What is running on the nRF51822( SoftDevice Version, SDK version , which example from the SDK?) ....etc
