Please be more specific on what exact packet you are asking about. Is it radio on air packet, or ATT MTU packet.
Please take a look at section 2.1 of this blog where I discussed a bit about the packet size:

The numbers in the blog can be out of date. I would suggest to take a look at the nrf\sampes\bluetooth\throughput sample to see the configuration. It usually use the maximum supported configuration.

But you need to tell us what you want to know. The current ATT_MTU is 498 but the data length max is 251.
