Problems starting nRFConnect 5.0.2 on Windows

I freshly installed nRFConnect 5.0.2 in a Windows PC. Installation was fine.

When I start it I get an error:

How can I overcome this?

Hello,

Can you please try to delete (or rename, to keep a backup) the folder C:\Users\<user>\.nrfconnect-apps

And then try to start nRF Connect for Desktop?

Hi Edvin,

after renaming this directory, I can open/start nRF Connect for Desktop. 

Now I installed the tool chain manager 1.5.2, which was also fine.

My next task is to install nRF Connect SDK 2.7.0, which is fighting with the proxy ;-)
