Can't read nRF52840-DK NFC

Hi, do i need to place external hardware (antenna ?) in order to be able to read the NFC info of the board?

According to the peripheral_hids_keyboad sample:

"When the application starts, it initializes and starts the NFCT peripheral that is used for pairing."

But it doesn't in my case (I can initializes the pairing pressing the B4 button as instructed in the sample)

Even if I try to read the NFC using NFC Tools APP nothing is reading from the board.

There should be an NFC antenna included in the nRF52840 DK kit that you attach to the DK:

Hi Marte, many thanks for your answer, the antenna was inside the box and I didn't see it before.

Anyway I can't read the NFC, please see the video below, I can read other devices (using NFC Tools APP)  but nothing comes out from the DK,

I have tried with the antenna in both sides but nothing changes...

What can I be doing wrong?

I don't understand your request. NFC data should be able to be read without any program, isn't it? .

I have reset the 

nRF52840-DK NFC 

and I understand I should be able to read the NFC info, even if it is empty, at least the NC (type, etc) info should be able to be read...

If there is something to be loaded on the DK what should it be?

Hi,

Are you using an iPhone? BLE pairing with NFC is not supported in iOS, so the sample requires a smartphone or a tablet with Android v8.0.0 or newer.
