Hi,

I just purchased new PPK2 kit from mouser.

But after trying to open it via nrf Dekstop app it gives and error

It detects device as PPK2 but after selecting it won't connect.

Hi,

Are you on Linux? In that case, please try installing the udev rules as explained in this thread:  Unable to connect to PPK2

Yes, it's a linux system.
Thanks, I already had it installed and after installation I saw udev rules being reloaded but it had no effect. I rebooted the computer and it seems it took an effect and it's working now.

Thank you for confirming that it worked. I've report this internally and asked if we either can apply the udev rules during the installation or make the actual error more visible.
