How to use AoA and Nordic Distance Measurement library at the same time

I want to use  AoA and Nordic Distance Measurement library.

What SoC do you recommend?

Thank you for the description, this is helpful. I'm afraid that a Mesh network with AoA or the Nordic Distance measurement library is not supported, as these are outside of the specifications of Bluetooth Mesh. However, it might be possible to have AoA coexist with a Mesh network at least, so that when in range, the devices switch to Bluetooth LE and AoA for this multi-antenna near the gate. However combining both Distance Measurement and AoA is tough to get the room for on any of our devices, but if any, the nRF5340 would be the best suited. The amount of RAM and Flash memory might be a limiting factor.
