Unable to re-open closed PR on Github

This PR was closed without action:

It says "you can always re-open" but the creator (my colleague) was unable to do this. Could someone please take action on this?

Hi,

Can you try to fix the compliance? Shortening the title and mentioning the actual upstream Zephyr commit 89c866ab68e47cd598516b5564ac52773a41c115 ("modules: Add DFM and move Tracerecorder into percepio module") should do the trick.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

We noticed that this fix wasn't backported to the version branches. At least v2.6-branch and onwards should be safe to update since the module rename was backported to zephyr v3.5.

Can this be backported or should we open a new PR for backports?
