nRF5340 debug interface not showing

Hi,

I have a brand new nrf5340dk and the debug interface is not showing up when connected:


I have other nrf5340s that work so I'm sure its the board specific.

Board label says:

PCA1095

2024.21
1050008437

please can I have some help

Hi Chris,

Is your board being detected by the PC?

What about wen you try the Programmer app?

Als, since the board shows up in the connected devices section, were you able to flash some basic sample onto it? Do you get errors?

Yes the board is being by the PC:

If I try to flash something to it i get these errors:
 

If I try to recover the device I get:

Could you attach what you see in the output tab?

Also, could you try to open the Programmer app and select your Device? If prompted to update firmware, please do this.

I tried updating the firmware and the app crashed
