nrf9160 CMW500

Hi,

I am trying to connect nrf9160 to CMW500 callbox however I am not able to connect to it. Switching to a commercial sim card I was able to connect to the network.
I am using the following AT commands to start and check the network connection:

1. AT+CFUN=0

2. AT%XSYSTEMMODE = 1,1,0,0

3. AT+CFUN=1

4. AT+CFUN? // check

5. AT+CGDCONT? // This is giving me no connection even after 10 minutes when connecting to callbox

Generally on a commercial network I am able to camp on the network in less than a minute. I am able to see the IP and the network it is connected to. Can someone please share the .dfl file (for CMW500) or procedure required to connect nrf9169 to the callbox. Is there anything else I am suppose to do on the nrf9160 side to connect?

I have installed the SLM on NRF9160 using the following:

1. SDK V2.9.0

2. Toolchain V2.9.0

We have a blog to assist in connecting the nRF91xx to a CMW500. 

Make sure that you have a CMW500 SIM.

1. AT client FW running on the device.
2. XSYSTEMODE setting. My test setup was for LTE-M1, but initially my config had NB-IOT only and not enable LTE-M, so i didn't get the attach.  See link to docs.nordicsemi.com below

1. eMTC Auto Mode to RMC setting shown in the pdf attached was also incorrectly set on my CMW and that from eMTC Auto Mode to RMC setting made a difference.
2. I also set up to start with band 1 for my test and didn't try starting with any other band setting.
