NO PROBES CONNECTED VIA USB

Dear,

i think that the evb nrf52 dk missed the bootloader because when i push on Segger (target connect j-link), there is the message NO PROBES CONNECTED VIA USB. 

I downloaded on website the file .bin but where does put it?

Read the manual (or search here), you are supposed to connect the USB plug while holding down reset button on the DK.

Then you will see a new drive pop up where you can copy the bin file to. Note that you must do that every time when you triggered above conditions.

i followed the step but nothing new drive appears...In practice, the DV cannot be updated by Segger

Any suggestions?

Could you re-install jlink drivers and ensure that "legacy drivers" are chosen?

Here's a picture showing the checkbox:

Just to make sure: We are talking about the "Interface MCU firmware" file downloaded from website specific to the DK? Other files won't work.

Hi Hakon,

i re-installed JLINK but it doesn't work. I think there is problems of path of JLINK with Segger.

JLINK's path: C:\Program Files\SEGGER\JLink_V824

SEGGER IDE's path: "C:\Program Files\SEGGER\SEGGER Embedded Studio 8.22a\bin\emStudio.exe"

What do you suggest me?
