Why am I blocked? I can't access nordicsemi.com nor devzone.nordicsemi.com from my new laptop.

I don't see your account has any restriction. It could be something with the IP. My understanding is that you can't access devzone.nordicsemi.com even without loging in ? 

Can you access devzone from another device using the same network (same IP ?) for example using your phone ?

I got a new laptop connected via company WIFI to internet -> blocked from nordicsemi.com. IP address is

With the old laptop connected to same company WIFI to internet -> no problem connecting to nordicsemi.com. IP address is 

For some reason the new laptop gets different public IP address.

Correct, I can not access devzone.nordicsemi.com even without logging in
