Why am I blocked? I can't access nordicsemi.com nor devzone.nordicsemi.com from my new laptop.

I don't see your account has any restriction. It could be something with the IP. My understanding is that you can't access devzone.nordicsemi.com even without loging in ? 

Can you access devzone from another device using the same network (same IP ?) for example using your phone ?

apologies for a late reply, the issue is not active anymore. 

Now I can access both sites.
